  • How long do I have to return a faulty item?
    Warranty as per company rules is only good for 7 days replacement and 1 month repair with no payments.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do, provided that the customer is willing to cover shipping and handling fees.
  • Why does some oil variants don’t have the same consistent smell?
    Essential oil extraction vary from time to time thus leading to slight changes regarding the smell.
  • Why does your oil have the same name but different in color?
    The color of oil varies from time to time because of the different extractions done from pure ingredients for our essential oils
  • What is the difference between humidifier, diffuser and purifier?"
    Humidifier and diffusers both release mist and smell while purifier absorbs dirt and dust.
  • What kind of scent should I use for machine/s I just purchased?
    Choose among any of our fragrance oil variants to achieve best results.
  • I am unsure of what kind of scent I like. Can you help me?
    We have a wide array of scents ranging from relaxing, refreshing, fruity, citrus to minty. You can also find designer-inspired scents from our portfolio if you wish to fill your home with the aroma of your favorite perfume.
